Therefore, when replacing the built-in oil separator core, before opening the upper cover, the oil return pipe must be screwed out to ensure that the return pipe is not deformed or bent.

  If a drill pipe is used correctly, it should be no problem for the diaphragm to be used for more than one year. Install a gas storage tank of 2 m3 or more in the gas transmission pipe, and adjust the screw machine when the three rock drills are working at full load at the same time. Inverse proportional control valve, when it reaches 0.65 MPa, the plunger of the intake valve servo cylinder extends about 1/2 stroke. In this situation, the intake air volume is controlled by the proportional valve capacity. As the air consumption increases and decreases, the intake air The valve will open and close with the expansion and contraction of the servo cylinder, but it will not open and close completely. The diaphragm of the servo cylinder can be smoothly opened and closed, the deformation is greatly reduced, and naturally, it will not wear out frequently. The user adjusted accordingly, and there was no more diaphragm rupture.
