  When the reaming bit is reaming, after the machine head reaches the highest position, a drill rod must be removed to continue drilling. The steps for removing the drill rod of the rearing bit are as follows:

  (1) Clamp the square part of the next drill pipe with a special tool, so that all the weight of the drill tool falls on the base of the drill;

  (2) Operate the auxiliary shackle device and the oil motor, and remove the connecting thread between the drill pipe and the guide sleeve;

  (3) Fasten the clamping block on the guide sleeve and cooperate with the drill to unload the connecting thread between the drill pipe to be unloaded and the next drill pipe;

  (4) Lift the machine head and move the removed drill rod away from the drill frame with a manipulator;

  (5) Lower the machine head and connect with the next drill pipe;

  (6) Lift the machine head and remove the special tools;

  (7) Continue to ream and drill.

  The unloaded drill pipe must be cleaned up in time, and special anti-rust oil should be applied to the threaded part and kept properly.

  The driver must understand the gangue out of the lower level in time. When the gangue is about to block the borehole, the drilling should be stopped immediately, and the hole can be reamed after the lower level gangue is transported out.

  When reaming to the foundation of the upper drilling rig, reduce the drilling pressure and slowly ream.
