1. Check every shift

　　i) Check the oil pipes and joints for damage and oil leakage. Whether the U-shaped card of the connector is dropped or loose.

　　j) Check all screws and nuts for looseness.

　　k) Check whether the drilling carriage slideway is well lubricated and whether the slideway is damaged or scratched.

　　l) Check whether the oil level of the fuel tank is lower than the specified height.

　　m) Check whether the water sealing packing at the water inlet of the power head is leaking.

　　n) Listen for any abnormal sound when the power head gearbox is running.

　　o) Add lubricating oil to the oil filling cup for lubricating the drill track and slide rail lining, and the oil filling cup on the upper part of the gearbox.

　　p) Before drilling, the main auxiliary oil pump should be started first, and it should run for 5 to 10 minutes without load. After the operation is normal, drilling can be carried out.

　　q) Observe the oil temperature at any time during drilling, and if the oil temperature exceeds 45 degrees Celsius, it should be stopped in time for processing.

　　r) Check whether the water well drilling tools frame is vertical, if it is found to be skewed, it should be stopped and adjusted in time.

　　s) Check whether the wear of the power movable sleeve thread exceeds the specified range.

　　t) Carefully read the drilling record of the previous shift.

　　2. Check every 500 hours of operation

　　(1) Check the contents of each shift, and raise the well if conditions permit.

　　(2) Check the oil quality of the hydraulic oil. If it is found that the oil is turbid, impurities are visible, or the color has changed, the hydraulic oil should be completely replaced, and the oil tank and the oil filter and strainer in the tank should be cleaned.

　　(3) Check each sliding part, and reapply the lubricating oil.

　　(4) Check the paper core of the high-pressure paper oil filter at the outlet of the main pump. If a lot of dirt is found, the paper core of the oil filter should be replaced.

　　(5) Check whether the power head packing gland still has an adjustment allowance. If there is no adjustment gap, replace the packing.

　　(6) Check the lubricating oil of the gearbox, and add or replace it if necessary.

　　3. Check every 1000 hours of operation

　　(1) Shengjing operates on the ground for 500 hours to check various contents.

　　(2) Remove the power head, open the cover of the gearbox, and check the gears and bearings comprehensively. If any problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced, and the lubricating oil should be replaced.

　　(3) Check and measure the slide rail lining, if the wear is out of tolerance, it should be replaced.

　　(4) Disassemble and inspect the main oil cylinder (such as the main push cylinder, etc.), and the reassembled hydraulic cylinder should be tested for pressure testing according to the technical requirements, otherwise, it cannot be installed in water well drilling tools.

　　(5) Remove the floating head of the power head and carefully check all parts, especially the thread of the movable sleeve. The thread must be replaced if it is seriously damaged.
